A crash showed a white page and said nothing
No message, no back button, nothing in the sidebar. Refreshing sometimes helped, which made it look intermittent rather than broken.

The worst thing an app can do
If anything went wrong while a screen was drawing, the whole page went white. No message, no sidebar, no way back, and nothing saying whether what you had just typed was saved. Reloading sometimes fixed it, which made it look occasional rather than what it was.
There is a proper error screen now. It says something went wrong, offers to reload and to go back, and keeps the rest of the app intact around it. It also recognises one particular cause: when we ship an update while your tab is open, the piece of the app your tab reaches for may no longer be there. That is not a fault, it is an old tab, and the screen now says so and reloads instead of showing you a crash.
The one that caused it most often
Opening an existing quotation, sales order or invoice for editing crashed on a narrow screen, every time. The editor was built in a way that changed its own internal shape between the moment it was loading and the moment it had loaded, which React refuses (correctly), and the refusal was what produced the white page.
It is fixed, and there is now a check that runs before anything ships and refuses the build if that same mistake is made again anywhere in the product. It was a subtle enough fault to be worth making structurally impossible rather than merely fixed.
And every Download button in Documents
Downloading a file from Documents failed for everybody, on every file. The button opened the file’s address in a new tab, and a new tab does not carry your sign-in with it, so the server refused it, silently, in under three milliseconds, with an empty tab as the only evidence.
Downloads now go through the app itself, signed in, and arrive with the right filename.
Does this affect anything existing?
No. Nothing in your data was ever affected by any of these: they were faults in the screen, not in what was stored. Documents you could not download were saved correctly the whole time and can be downloaded now.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
