A lead converted to a customer keeps its company
Convert to customer on a lead’s own page made the customer without the company typed on the lead. The convert window now asks which company, and says before you press Convert whether it goes under one you already have or adds a new one.

What was wrong
A lead has a Company box you type into. Converting the lead from its own page made the customer with that box left behind, so the new customer’s Company was empty. The convert window reached from the Leads list did carry it, so the result depended on which button was pressed.
What is new
Asked, and shown first
The convert window has a Company choice: the lead’s company, one you choose from Companies, or none. The line under the name says what will happen.
No second company
A name already in Companies is used, ignoring capitals, spaces and full stops: “Prime Labs Pvt. Ltd.” finds “Prime Labs Pvt Ltd”.
A new one only when needed
A name you do not have yet is added to Companies with the lead’s address, phone, email and website.
The deal takes its name
A deal opened at the same time is named after the company the customer went under.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Customers converted before today are not changed. Where one is missing its company, open the customer, press Edit and choose it in the Company box, or type a new name there to create it.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
