Tell Hanu about a lead, deal, task or visit and he fills it in, asks what is missing, and saves it only on your yes

Hanu used to take a name and stop. Now say a lead, deal, task, visit, customer or company in your own words and he puts each detail in its own field, reads the tone ("needs it before Diwali" is Hot), asks one thing at a time for what is missing, and shows the record as a card. Nothing is saved until you press Save, and he does only what your role allows.

Every detail in its field

Amounts said as “5 lakh”, days said as “kal” or “Thursday at 11”, and phone numbers and emails said aloud go into their own fields. What has no field of its own goes into More details or Notes, written up properly, and is added as a note under Activity when you save.

Your own lists, never guessed

A word that is not in your dropdown is asked about: “Your list has BNI. Is BNI Connect the same?” Answer once and Hanu offers to remember it for you. Everything he has learned is listed under Your Hanu, where you can make him forget it.

Already on file

Before a new lead, customer or company is saved, Hanu looks for one with the same phone, email or company among the records you can see, and offers to change that one instead. A lead for a customer you already have can become a deal for them.

Change it by talking

“Make the value 6 lakh” changes the card and shows what it was. Changing a record that already exists shows only what changes, as “was 6,00,000”, and adds to its notes instead of replacing them.

Exactly your rights

Hanu reads your role on every message. He can add, change and export only what it allows, and he never deletes a record. If your role does not allow something he says so, without naming who can. Name a colleague and he passes it to their Hanu: they save it with their own rights, and you are told when they do.

Exports by asking

“Export my hot leads” gives the count and a Download button for the same CSV the list page exports, if your role allows exporting.

Does this change anything you already have?

Nothing is saved without Save, even where you had told Hanu to add leads or tasks without asking: the card replaces those two confirmations. Typing to Hanu uses AI credits as before, and Hanu’s actions can still be switched off for the business in Settings › Hanu. It works on the phone as on the desktop, and the Android app has it from version 1.3.180.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
