A person’s access can no longer be taken away by one press
On a person's Permissions tab, the module button that read Clear took away everything their role gave. It is now three plain buttons, and No access asks twice.

What is new
On a person’s Permissions tab, each module had one button that switched between All access and Clear. On a person, Clear did not undo the extra access; it also took away everything their role gives, so a sales executive could lose every CRM screen with one press.
It is now three buttons: All access, Back to their role (removes only this person’s own exceptions), and No access, which you press twice.
A person’s own exceptions win over their roles, so ticking a role again does not bring back what an exception took away. The Details tab now says so in an amber note, with a Back to their roles button that clears them.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Only where it happened. Where a person had lost their access this way it has been given back; nothing else was changed.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
