Five fixes in Books and Accountant: TDS, GST, the financial year, journal approval and exact figures
TDS a customer withholds now settles their invoice. GSTR-3B counts the IGST on exports made with payment of tax. The P&L and the GST year summary open on the current financial year, January to March too. Posting a journal always needs Approve. And every figure in Books is shown exactly, never rounded to lakhs.

What changed
Client TDS settles the invoice
A payment of ₹1,08,000 with ₹10,000 of TDS withheld now clears a ₹1,18,000 invoice. Recorded from Payments received, the TDS went on the payment but not on the invoice, which stayed ₹10,000 due for ever. It is now spread over the invoices the payment settles, by size.
GSTR-3B counts exports with tax paid
IGST on exports and SEZ supplies made with payment of tax, not under a letter of undertaking, was shown in table 3.1(b) but left out of the total payable. It is in the total now, with any cess.
The right financial year from January to March
The P&L and the GST year summary used the calendar year as the start of the financial year, so from January to March they opened on next year, empty. They now open on the current financial year, by your own year start, and each has a picker named the way the books name a year, such as 2026-27.
Posting a journal needs Approve, every way
Posting asked for Approve, but saving a new journal with Post ticked, editing with Post, using a template, or a schedule set to post on its own needed less. All of them ask for Approve now, and the screens offer posting only to someone who has it.
Exact figures
Every tile in Books shows the amount to the paisa, such as ₹12,84,340.00, instead of ₹12.8L. Only chart axes stay short.
Does this change anything you already have?
No payment already recorded was caught by the TDS fault, so nothing needs correcting. A GSTR-3B already filed is not changed; the corrected figure shows for any month you open now.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
