Apps: documents, spreadsheets and presentations from templates, kept in Documents
A new Apps area in JAI CRM, in early access. Start a document, spreadsheet or presentation from a template made for an Indian business, and it is saved straight into Documents as a real Word, Excel or PowerPoint file, with every version kept. A Whiteboard, a PDF editor and Signatures are on their way.

What you can do now
Start from a template
Scope of work with a GST fee table, quotation letter, offer letter, NDA, service agreement and minutes; sales pipeline, GSTR-3B working, quotation costing, expense tracker, salary sheet and stock count; proposal, company profile, sales review and exhibition decks.
Formulas that work
Weighted pipeline value, price from cost and margin, GST from a rate cell, credit carried month to month in the GSTR-3B working, PF and ESI in the salary sheet. Type over the figures and the totals follow. Rupees show the Indian way: 1,00,000.
Your letterhead
Documents carry your business name, address and GSTIN at the top. Anything to fill in is in yellow brackets, so nothing goes out half done.
Kept in Documents
Every file is saved in the Documents folder you choose, shared the way that folder is. Any Word, Excel, PowerPoint or PDF file in Documents gets Open in, to open it in its app.
Every version kept
Download a file, work on it in Word, Excel or PowerPoint, and upload your copy: it becomes the next version. Name a version, or bring an old one back, and nothing is lost.
Only licences we may use
Every library in JAI CRM is now checked on each build, and listed with its licence on a new Open-source licences page.
Does this change anything you already have?
Apps is in early access, switched on for a business by the JAI CRM team. Your Documents files are not moved or changed: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF files you already have simply gain an Open in item in their menu. What anybody sees in Apps follows their access: with Documents, exactly what Documents lets them see (their own files and what is shared with them, by role and by person); with Apps but not Documents, only the files they made, kept in their own files. Editing inside JAI CRM, with several people in the same file at once and Hanu to help, comes next.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
See it with your own data
Start free, import a spreadsheet of your customers, and raise a real GST invoice in the first ten minutes. No card, no sales call.
