Filter the audit log by module, person, action, record, automation and IP address
The audit log keeps its look and gains its filters: module, type of record, what happened (signed in, updated, deleted and the rest), user, done by a person, an API key or automation, IP address, and days on your workspace's clock. A Module column joins the list, and Export downloads exactly what the filters keep.

What changed
The audit log recorded every change, every sign-in and the address it came from, and offered one search box to find any of it. Answering “who signed in from this address last week” or “what did our integrations change” meant scrolling.
Settings, Audit log now has a row of filters above the same list. Every filter is optional, they combine, and each one offers only what your own log holds, with how many entries each has.
The filters
Module and record
Pick a part of the product, such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Settings or Email, then narrow to one type of record inside it: leads, invoices, roles, users.
What happened
Created, Updated, Deleted, Signed in, Imported, Exported, Permissions changed and every other action, in words instead of system names.
Who, and how
One person, including people who have since left. Or what kind of hand did it: a person, an API key, or automation and the system, such as a schedule.
IP address and dates
Type an address or part of one; the box suggests the ones your log holds most. Dates are whole days on your workspace’s time zone, from Settings, Organisation.
Easier to read
A Module column
Each row now says which part of the product it belongs to, and names the record the way the rest of the product does: Lead, Project, Invoice.
A wider search
The search box looks in what happened and in the person’s name, and finds a record by its id.
Open a row
The details now list the module, the record, what happened, whether a person, an API key or automation did it, the IP address and the device, above the fields that changed.
Export follows the filters
The CSV holds exactly the rows on screen, with columns for who, done by, module, record, what happened, the summary and the IP address.
Who can use it
The same people as before. Reading the log needs permission to view the audit log, and Export needs permission to export it, both set on roles in Settings.
Does this affect anything you already have?
No. Nothing already recorded changes, nothing is removed, and nothing new is recorded. The filters read the entries your log already holds, back to its first one.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
