An “i” beside every setting that needed one
Documentation you have to go and find is documentation nobody reads. There is now an “i” beside the settings whose consequence is not obvious: one sentence, where you are standing.

Help where the setting is
Every settings screen now has a written page behind it. That was the previous note, and it left an obvious gap: you have to know the page exists, and go and find it, at the moment you are least inclined to (mid-task, with a form open).
So there is now a small i beside the settings whose consequence is not obvious. Press it and you get a sentence about what that setting actually does, and a Know more through to the full page if the sentence is not enough.
Forty of them, across twenty-nine screens. They are not on everything, deliberately. An icon beside a box labelled Email is noise, and noise is how people learn to stop pressing things.
The ones that are warnings rather than explanations
Numbering: Reset
Resetting the count every year without the year in the pattern gives you INV/0001 this year and INV/0001 again next year. The same invoice number twice is not something GST forgives, and nothing on the screen used to mention it.
Approvals: who has to agree
A rule pointed at a person rather than a role has nothing to reassign when that person leaves, and anything already waiting on them stays stuck. Editing the rule only changes documents raised afterwards.
Shopify: pushing stock
The first push overwrites what your storefront believes it has. If the counts here are not right yet, that is an outage on your shop, in whichever direction you are wrong.
Google Drive and Dropbox
A linked file is read through the account that linked it. Disconnect, and it stops opening for everybody you shared it with. Nothing is deleted, but nothing opens either.
Two screens that had lost the way back
Online payments and Approvals were reached from the settings list, and then the settings list disappeared: both screens drew without the menu beside them, leaving the browser’s back button as the only way out of a screen the menu had just sent you to. Both now keep the settings list where it belongs.
One more, found while writing the page for it: the Shopify field that sets how often the shop is checked was showing a note meant for whoever wrote the screen rather than for the person reading it. It now says the thing it was supposed to say: that without a webhook, orders wait for the sweep too.
Does this affect anything you already have?
No. Nothing in your data or your settings changed. Every setting behaves exactly as it did before. What changed is how much of it is explained where you are standing.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
