Event reports: what every stall was worth, and which to book again
Every event now has a full report: spend against money received month by month, the journey from card to cash, follow-up and the team. And a new Events dashboard in Reports ranks every event, so you know which to book again.

What was wrong
An event’s report said very little: a count of cards, a Received figure and an owed figure. It could not say when the money came, whether the stall or the follow-up was the weak part, or how one event compared with another. And it was not always right: removed cost lines still counted as spent, staff days were left out, and cancelled or void invoices counted as received.
One event: the whole journey
Spent, received, return
Money that reached the bank against what the event cost, with a verdict and how far through its counting window it is. A young event says Too early instead of looking like a loss.
When the money arrived
Month by month against the cost, so you can see the month it paid for itself.
Card to cash
Cards taken, read, filed, contacted, turned into deals, quoted, won, invoiced and paid, with what each step kept.
Follow-up and the team
Days to first contact, everyone never called by name, and who took which cards and what came of them.
Already yours
Existing customers who came to the stall, what they are worth, and the ones nobody had spoken to in months.
Cost per result
Per card, per record, per lead, per deal and per rupee received: the honest way to compare a small stall with a big one.
Every event: Reports, Events
Ranked, with a verdict
Book again, Paid its way, Watch, Reconsider, Too early, Not costed or Not held yet, for every event.
Where the surprises are
Return by kind of event and by city, payback curves, spend against received, year by year and by person.
Export and schedule
Five Events reports in the Reports catalogue: spent and returned, by kind, by city, the team and follow-up.
Does this affect anything you already have?
The Returned figure on the events list may change. It now leaves out removed cost lines and cancelled or void invoices, adds staff days to the cost, and counts still owed as invoiced-and-unpaid plus won-not-invoiced. The list, the event’s report and the Reports catalogue now agree. Lock to the stall has moved from the report to the event’s header, beside Scan into this folder.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
