Cross-sell: the next department’s deal opens by itself
A new module, in early access: write a rule once, and when a tiles deal is finalised the kitchen deal opens two working days later for the kitchen team, with a first call booked and a handover in Charcha.

What is new
Rules that open the next deal
At a stage, when a deal is won, or days before or after a date on it, after a wait that can skip non-working days.
The right person, ready to go
Your assignment rules, a circle in turn, or one person; a first task; and a handover note in the deal’s Charcha conversation.
Safeguards
Never for a customer with an open deal there already, or marked Do not contact, and never back into the pipeline a deal came from.
Reports
What each department passed on and won, who brought it in, and why customers said no.
Also new with it
A contact person and a site address on deals, Do not contact on customers and contacts, Interested in on leads with one deal per department when the lead converts, and a Deal assigned to you notice in the Notifications library.
Does this change anything you already have?
No. Cross-sell is a separate module, switched on for a business on request during early access. Without it, nothing about your deals, leads or customers changes, and nothing new appears.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
