A deal’s expected close is set from its page
A lead's next follow-up has always been set from a card beside the lead, without opening the form. A deal's expected close now works the same way: a card beside the deal shows the date and how far off it is, and one press sets it 3, 5, 7, 10 or 15 days ahead (shown as 3D, 5D and so on), 3 weeks or 3 months, with Custom for any other day. Once the deal is won or lost, the card shows the day it closed and how that compared with the date expected.

What changed
Set without editing
3D, 5D, 7D, 10D and 15D for days, 3W and 3M for three weeks and three months, Custom for any other day, and the eraser to clear it.
How far off
The card says how many days are left, and turns red with how many days ago once the date has passed while the deal is still open.
Won on, lost on
When a deal closes, the card shows the day it was won or lost, which the close asks for, and whether it closed early, late or on the day expected.
On a phone
The card sits under the deal’s name, with Set or Change opening the same choices.
Does this change anything you already have?
No. The expected close date is the same field it always was, kept on every deal as before; it has only moved from the Deal section into its own card. The deals list, its sorting, the dashboard’s closing-soon list and the win and loss report read it exactly as before.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
