Procurement, Books and Accountant list what you use most first

The Procurement, Books and Accountant menus now put the screens you use most at the top. Payments made is listed once, under Procurement, the way Purchase bills already is, and Export on Payments made downloads the file again.

Why it changed

The three menus listed their screens in the order they were built, not the order a business uses them. Bills and payments sat under purchase orders, payments received came after the GST and TDS screens, and the chart of accounts, which is set up once, came before the journals an accountant passes every month. Payments made was also listed twice, under Procurement and under Books.

The new order

🚚

Procurement

Purchase bills, Payments made, Purchase orders, Debit notes: every business enters bills and pays them; fewer raise an order first.

💰

Books

Finance dashboard, Payments received, Expenses, Bank accounts, GST summary, TDS register, Payroll, Financial reports, Employees: the day first, then the bank, the monthly returns and the reports.

🧮

Accountant

Manual journals, Trial balance and ledgers, Chart of accounts, Recurring journals, Journal templates, Fixed assets, Budgets, Transaction locking: the monthly work first, the year end last.

🗂

Listed once

Payments made sits under Procurement only. A business with Books and without Procurement finds Purchase bills and Payments made under Books.

📥

Export works again

Export on Payments made answered an error instead of a file. It downloads the CSV, with the TDS and the bills each payment settled.

Does this change anything you already have?

Only the order of the menus. If you had rearranged one of these menus yourself, it stays exactly as you left it. Nothing is renamed, hidden or removed, and every screen opens where it did.

Pricing

Start with what you need. Grow into the rest.

Per user, per month. Every plan carries the whole product’s foundations (custom fields, roles, reports, documents and notifications) and differs only in how many modules are switched on. Change plan whenever you like; nothing is re-entered and nothing is lost.

1 GB storage per workspace (organisation)

Only want this one module?

Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
