Hanu plans a job in several parts, then does it with your yes
A request in several parts, such as "find the deals past their close date, add a follow-up task for each owner and message them", now gets a plan first. Hanu shows the steps, works through them one by one and ticks each off. A step that changes things stops with every change listed: Yes to all, One by one, or Stop. He carries on when you leave the page, and the bell tells you when a step waits for you and when the plan is done.

Does this change anything you already have?
No. Simple questions and single changes work as before. Every change is still made as you, with your role’s permissions, and only after your yes. A plan has up to eight steps, and one step offers up to 25 changes.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
