Expenses and salary runs now stay in step with the bank, TDS and GST
The same check of the books went through expenses and salaries. It found places where the bank screen and the ledger could differ, a claim could be repaid twice, and TDS or GST credit could be booked with nothing behind it. Each is now put right.

What changed
Pay salaries on the right day
Mark paid now asks the day the salaries left, so September salaries paid on 1 October are booked in October, as the bank statement shows.
A staff claim is repaid once
The payment a salary run made on a reimbursement can no longer be deleted from the expense, which let it be paid a second time. Undo the run’s payment instead.
Cash salaries go to cash
A run paid in cash posts to cash, and a reimbursement it repays no longer moves a bank the money never left.
Salary rows belong to their run
A salary cannot be paid or deleted through the expense screens, so the run and the ledger cannot drift apart.
TDS on an expense needs its vendor
Form 26Q needs a deductee, so TDS on an expense now asks for the vendor it was deducted from, and the TDS register always holds it.
GST credit needs a GSTIN
An expense from a supplier with no GSTIN no longer claims input credit by default. Reverse charge is still claimed as before.
Does this change anything you already have?
No. Expenses and salary runs already recorded are not changed.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
