A cleaner top bar on every screen: plain icons, a plus for New, and you on the right

The top bar is lighter on every screen. Your own account sits behind your picture at its right, and the sidebar ends with your business and a Settings icon, side by side.

What changed

Your name and the way to sign out sat at the foot of the sidebar, which on a phone is a drawer you have to open. The icons along the top each had a box around them, and New was a large blue button. All of that took room and pulled the eye away from the page.

What you will see

🏢

Your business and Settings, side by side

The foot of the sidebar is one row: your logo and business name, which open the list of your workspaces and Add a workspace, and a Settings icon to their right for the people allowed to change settings.

○

Plain icons

Create, Mail and Notifications are simple icons with no boxes. Each names itself when you point at it.

+

A plus for New

The blue New button is now a plus. It opens the same list of things you can create, and shows only what your role may create.

👤

You, top right

Your picture opens a menu with your name, email and role, Account and security for your details, password, two-step sign-in and notifications, Settings, Help and support, and Sign out.

📱

Built for a phone

Menu, the page name, search, create, mail, notifications and your picture fit across one row, and every menu opens across the full width of the screen.

Also on the Leads list

The row of column headings on the Leads list is shorter, so one more lead fits on the screen. Other lists keep their current headings for now.

Does this affect anything you already have?

No. Nothing moved out of reach and no permission changed: the same people see Settings and the same create options as before. Help and support now opens from the menu behind your picture.

Pricing

Start with what you need. Grow into the rest.

Per user, per month. Every plan carries the whole product’s foundations (custom fields, roles, reports, documents and notifications) and differs only in how many modules are switched on. Change plan whenever you like; nothing is re-entered and nothing is lost.

1 GB storage per workspace (organisation)

Only want this one module?

Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
