Four buttons in Fields & rules did nothing
Hiding a field answered "Please check the highlighted fields" and highlighted nothing. So did renaming, reordering and deleting. All four were the same fault, and all four now work.

What you would have seen
On Settings → Fields & rules, pressing the eye icon to hide a field answered “Could not change it. Please check the highlighted fields”. Nothing was highlighted, because the field it was complaining about is not on that screen.
The same fault broke three more controls on the same page, in three different disguises. Reordering fields and pressing Save order was refused the same way. Deleting a field did nothing. And renaming one was the worst of the four, because it appeared to work: opening a built-in field, changing its label and saving quietly turned it into a custom field, and on any field that had been edited before, it was refused for clashing with the very field you were editing.
Why
Every field the product ships with (Lead name, Email, Designation and the rest) exists in the software rather than in your database, until the first time somebody changes something about it. The screen was asking the server to change a field by its database identity, and a field that has never been customised has none yet. So the request went out naming nothing, and was refused for naming nothing.
Fields are now identified by their name within the module, which every field has from the moment it exists. Where you are the first person to change something about a built-in field, the record to hold that change is created at that moment, keeping it a built-in field, with its type, its shared list and its own validation intact.
What works now
Hide and show
The eye icon on any field, built-in or custom. Hidden fields leave the forms and lists; the data stays exactly where it is.
Rename
Changing the label of a built-in field keeps it a built-in field, rather than quietly making a custom copy of it.
Reorder
Drag the fields and press Save order.
Delete
Custom fields delete. Built-in ones are still refused, with the reason. Hide those instead.
Nothing you have is affected
No record, no value and no customisation changed. The fix is to how the screen asks for a change, not to anything already stored, and a field you had already customised goes on behaving exactly as it did.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
