Payments in another currency, and exchange gain or loss
A payment on a USD invoice or bill is now in USD, at the rate your bank gave. The bank gets the rupee amount, the invoice clears at its own rate, and the difference is booked as exchange gain or loss. Reports opened just after midnight also include today again.

Record a payment on a foreign document and enter what 1 USD came to. It starts at the rate last used.
Rupees in the bank
The bank’s balance and statement show what the payment came to in rupees.
Gain or loss, booked
The invoice clears at its own rate; the difference goes to Exchange gain or loss.
Fixed
Reports after midnight
Between midnight and 5:30 in the morning, the trial balance and the reports built on it left out anything dated today. They now run to the end of your day.
Apply to on Record a payment
The amount boxes took the whole row and hid the invoice numbers. Each row shows its number again.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
