Write-offs, advances, online payments and GST figures now stay in step

The accountant's check of the books, step by step, found more places where a document and the ledger or a GST return could disagree. Each is now put right.

What changed

✅

A write-off stays written off

A part-paid invoice written off no longer flips back to Paid when it is opened.

🧾

Advance TDS reaches the invoice

TDS a customer deducted from an advance now settles the invoice the advance is applied to, so it no longer stays due by the TDS.

📒

TDS on a payment on account is in the ledger

Paying a supplier on account with TDS now books the TDS payable, so the advance is the full amount, not the amount less TDS.

💳

Online payments are capped

A payment link takes no more than is due. Anything over is kept as the customer’s advance, and a payment in another currency is booked at the invoice’s rate.

🔒

Paid bills keep their supplier

Once money is against a bill, its supplier, currency and rate cannot change and its total cannot drop below what is paid or debited. Its status follows every edit.

🗑

Issued bills are cancelled, not deleted

An issued purchase bill or debit note is cancelled, which keeps it on record, instead of deleted, which moved input credit silently.

📊

Drafts are not sales

The sales dashboard no longer counts draft invoices as invoiced or outstanding.

🇮🇳

GST declares each sale once, in rupees

Only the newest issued version of a sale is in GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and the summary. Foreign-currency invoices are declared in rupees. A sale to another state with no place of supply on the invoice is filed under the customer’s state, and a large one appears in B2CL.

Does this change anything you already have?

Documents already recorded are not changed. GST reports read the corrected figures as soon as they are opened.

Pricing

Start with what you need. Grow into the rest.

Per user, per month. Every plan carries the whole product’s foundations (custom fields, roles, reports, documents and notifications) and differs only in how many modules are switched on. Change plan whenever you like; nothing is re-entered and nothing is lost.

1 GB storage per workspace (organisation)

Only want this one module?

Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
