Talking with Hanu live: the card shows in the call, and he hears only you
A lead Hanu prepared during a live conversation used to wait in the chat behind the call, so the call had to end before it could be seen and saved. Now the card shows in the call itself, and saying "confirm" saves it. He also listens better: noise is filtered before he hears it, he ignores voices in the background, he waits for you to finish a sentence, and in a noisy place you can hold a button while you talk.

What changed
The card in the call
A lead, a list of leads or a follow-up appears under Hanu while you talk. Tap Save, or just say confirm.
Only your voice
Background noise is filtered out, and a TV, music or people talking near you are not taken as questions.
Waits for you to finish
A pause in the middle of a sentence no longer cuts you off: he judges from what you said whether you have finished.
Hold to talk
In a noisy place, choose “Noisy here? Hold to talk” and the microphone opens only while you hold the button. Each device remembers the choice.
Figures looked up each time
Every number, name and date he says comes from a lookup made for that question, and when you say he is wrong he looks it up again.
Does this change anything you already have?
No. A live conversation costs the same per minute as before.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
