Hanu reads the links, pictures and PDFs you give him, and your chats can be closed or deleted
Paste a link and Hanu reads that page: a company's website, an article, a post on X, a YouTube video or a PDF on the web. Drop a visiting card, a screenshot or a price list in the chat and he reads that too. Your own chats with Hanu can now be closed or deleted, and Hanu sits in the top bar on every screen, a phone included.

What changed
A link you paste
Hanu opens that one page and answers from it, with the page as a card. He reads only addresses you give him, never one a page mentions, and never goes further than that page.
LinkedIn and Instagram
They do not allow their pages to be read by a program. Hanu says so and asks for a PDF (on LinkedIn: More, then Save to PDF) or screenshots, which he can read.
Pictures and PDFs in the chat
Tap the paperclip, paste a screenshot or drop a file: up to four pictures or PDFs at a time. A scanned PDF is read as pictures. What you send stays in the chat, only you can open it, and it counts in your workspace storage.
Close or delete a chat
In the list of chats, Close moves a chat under Closed chats, where you can open it again. Delete removes it for good after asking once. Leads, notes and tasks saved from it stay. Alerts and reminders stays, and can be cleared.
Hanu in the top bar
The round face at the bottom right is gone. The Hanu button beside the search opens him on every screen, a phone included, with a count of what is new. Opening Hanu from Charcha opens the same window. On a phone, Appearance is now in your profile menu.
Does this change anything you already have?
What a page, a picture or a PDF says is only something Hanu reads from: it can never tell him what to do, and he still changes nothing without your yes. Reading pictures and PDFs uses AI credits like any typed question. The Android app has this from version 1.3.193.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
