Move a lead’s stage and set its follow-up from the lead itself

A lead's page now shows every stage in a line you can press, keeps the next follow-up beside the lead on every tab (red when it is late, amber on the day), and sets out the details in sections. Changing either no longer means opening Edit.

What was slow

Moving a lead from Contacted to Qualified, or putting off a follow-up by two days, meant opening the form, finding the field among thirty and saving. Those are the two things a salesperson does to a lead most often.

What is new on a lead

➡

Every stage, by name

The stages run across the top in order, with Won and Lost at the end. Press one and the lead moves there. Lost asks why, if you want to say; Won asks whether to convert it into a customer now or just mark it won and convert it later.

📅

The follow-up, always in sight

A card beside the lead on every tab shows the next follow-up: red with Overdue once it has passed, amber on the day. Today, Tomorrow, 3 days or 1 week in one press, the calendar for any other day, the cross to clear it.

📋

Details in sections

Contact, Sales, Address and Notes, then the fields your business added, instead of one long grid.

👤

A clearer header

Name, what they do and where, their phone and email, and Send email, Task and Visit in one place. On a phone the actions sit in one row.

Does this affect anything you already have?

Nothing about your leads changes. Edit still opens the full form, and the stages and their meanings are the ones set in Settings, Fields & rules. A lead marked won without being converted now keeps its Convert to customer button. Customers, deals and the other records look as before for now.

Pricing

Start with what you need. Grow into the rest.

Per user, per month. Every plan carries the whole product’s foundations (custom fields, roles, reports, documents and notifications) and differs only in how many modules are switched on. Change plan whenever you like; nothing is re-entered and nothing is lost.

1 GB storage per workspace (organisation)

Only want this one module?

Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
