Key and token boxes no longer fill in your password, and Shopify saves each card
The boxes that hold a token, a key or another system’s password no longer let the browser fill in your saved sign-in password, or offer to suggest one. Shopify checks a token before saving it, and its settings screen saves one card at a time.

What was wrong
The box for a Shopify access token was a password box. Chrome took it for your JAI CRM sign-in: it offered to suggest a password whenever the box was clicked, and filled in the saved one. Pressing Save then stored that password as the token, Shopify refused it, and the message pointed at the app’s scopes rather than at the box. The same could happen in the boxes for an IndiaMART key, an AI key, a payment gateway secret and a mail server password.
What is new
Nothing filled in
Those boxes still show dots, but no browser or password manager fills or suggests into them. An eye shows what you pasted.
A token is checked first
Shopify’s screen refuses the API secret key, or anything with a space in it, before saving, and says which box to copy from.
Save on each card
Every card on the Shopify screen has its own Save and says Not saved yet until you press it. Saving one card sends only that card.
Tested as it saves
Saving the shop address and token runs the connection test straight away.
The right webhook key
The Orders within seconds card now says where the signing key comes from: Shopify’s Settings, Notifications, Webhooks page, which signs the webhooks made there. It used to point at the app’s API credentials.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Keys and tokens already saved are kept. If a Shopify connection has been failing since it was set up, press Test the connection: a saved value that is not a Shopify token now says so. Paste the Admin API access token, which starts with shpat_, and save the card.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
