Hanu Sena: tests an agent must pass, its own face, and clearer answers

A Hanu Sena agent can now have tests: something a person might say, and whether it should offer an action, answer, or refuse. Tests run as a dry run, nothing offered or changed, and must pass before the agent goes live. Agents have their own face, so you always know who is answering, and an agent stopped by its own rights now says so and points you to Hanu.

Tests before live

Add up to 12 tests on an agent. Run tests is a dry run: lookups read, nothing is offered or changed. All must pass before Make live, and they run again after you change its instructions, rights, approvals or files.

Its own face

Each agent has its own letters and colour, in Charcha, in its chat and in Hanu Sena. Hanu keeps his picture.

Clear when its rights stop it

An agent never tells you that you lack permission. It says the job is outside what it may do, and that Hanu can do it with your own rights.

Remove an agent

Remove is at the top of an agent’s page. Nobody can use it after, and its chats and versions are kept.

Do tests cost anything?

Each test asks the AI once, like a question to the agent, so it uses AI credits the same way.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
