Tasks from a message
Draft with AI on Make a task: what, who and by when. Several things asked in one message become several drafts, and Make all makes them.
The day note
Write it with AI on Send my day: two to four sentences from your visits, calls, quotations and tasks, for you to change before it goes.
Voice into words
Show the words under any voice note, and type by speaking in English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Malayalam or Punjabi.
Does this change anything you already have?
The AI buttons appear once Charcha’s AI is included with your workspace, or straight away with your own AI account in Settings, AI writing, where each job has its own switch. Nothing is sent or made by itself: every answer goes back to the person who asked. Spoken visit notes are now written out under Charcha’s own voice switch rather than the exhibition one. Typing by voice uses the browser’s own speech recognition and costs nothing.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
