The Payments menu now appears for everyone who may record payments
People with the Accounts or Bookkeeper role could record payments but could not find them in the menu. The Payments entries in Books now follow the permission the screen actually uses.

What was wrong
Books → Payments received and Payments made open the same screens as Sales and Procurement. Those screens check the Sales and Procurement payment permissions, but the menu entries in Books checked a separate pair of ticks of their own. The Accounts and Bookkeeper roles hold the real permission and not the Books copy, so the menu entries never appeared for them, even though they were allowed to record payments.

Payments received appears for anyone who may see Sales → Payments received; Payments made for anyone who may see Procurement → Payments made.
One tick, not two
Settings → Roles & permissions no longer lists Payments received and Payments made under Books. Give access under Sales and Procurement, where the screens belong.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Nobody loses access. Anyone who could open these screens still can. People who were allowed to record payments but had no menu entry now see it.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
