Reports on the financial year, and totals that count only what you may see
Reports offer This financial year, Last financial year and Last half year, and a report run just after midnight on the 1st covers the new month. The Sales and Purchase summaries add up only what your role lets you see, with money due in another currency counted at its rate. Stock totals count only the warehouses you work in when your role is limited to them. Dashboard cards compare like with like.

What changed
Financial year periods
Reports offer This financial year, Last financial year and Last half year, and open on this financial year. A yearly schedule left on its default sends the last financial year, and a half-yearly one sends six months instead of one quarter.
Your own calendar
A report run at 00:30 on the 1st now covers the new month. Reports used the UTC calendar, which in India stays on the old month until 05:30, and the dates under a report no longer show tomorrow as the last day.
Summaries follow your role
The Sales and Purchase summaries add up only the invoices, orders, payments and bills your role lets you see. What is due in another currency is counted at its exchange rate, not as rupees.
Stock where you work
When a role is limited to its own warehouses, the stock in the item list, on an item, in the export, in valuation, ageing and reorder, and on the inventory dashboard counts only those warehouses.
Dashboards compare like with like
September chosen by its dates is compared with August, not with the 30 days before it. A month or quarter ending on the 30th is compared with the whole of the one before. Cards that split a figure or list records now show the change too.
Does this change anything you already have?
Saved schedules keep the period they were set to. The calendar year is still there, named This calendar year and Last calendar year.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
