Stock held for each order, counts and transfers that keep it right, and a stock value that matches the books
The accountant's check went through stock. Reserving twice held an order twice, stock kept in a bin could not be transferred, a late count drove stock below nil, and the stock report and the books valued the same goods differently. Each is now put right, on the phone as on the desktop.

What changed
Each order holds its own
Reserve holds what an order still has to ship, and pressing it again changes nothing. Where the shelf is short, what is there is held. Shipping lets go of that order’s hold only, and cancelling, closing or calling items off lets go of what is no longer to ship.
Held stock stays put
A transfer cannot send away stock held for a customer’s order. It says how many are free to send.
Bins are part of the warehouse
A transfer, Set stock or a manufacturing order now draws on goods kept in bins, loose stock first, where it used to say there was none in stock.
Counts post what they found
A count is posted against the stock on its own date, so a count drafted before another was posted no longer applies its old difference on top: 10 counted as 0 after a recount of 6 left -4. Whatever moved after the count stands.
Below nil, in red
Stock can go below nil where goods went out before they were booked in. The figure shows in red on the stock list and the item, which reads Below nil, so it is seen and put right. It is valued at nothing.
A stock value that matches the books
The valuation report now values stock as Stock in hand in the books does: one average cost per item, goods on the road between warehouses still counted, stock below nil at nothing. A transfer closed short records the lost units as a loss, at the cost they left at.
Correct a goods receipt
Open a posted receipt and choose Correct quantities, or Take it all back. The stock and the purchase order follow. Goods received against an order with no cost typed are costed at the order’s rate, and no more than the order still has to come can be received.
A bill straight from a receipt
Raise the purchase bill at the same time now works for a receipt with no purchase order, as a draft bill at the costs on the receipt.
Boxes say what shipped
A box is marked delivered after a shipment carries it, records what that shipment carried, and cannot be packed with more than is on the shelf. An assembly is built only with Assemble.
Does this change anything you already have?
Nothing you have entered moves. No order was holding stock, so there was nothing to carry over. Past movements stay as they are; the stock value is read from them the new way, and for the stock already in the books it comes to the same figure in every month.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
