One quantity, not two boxes
Two equal boxes side by side, neither saying what it was for. One is five; the other is what five of them are.

What was wrong
A document line asked for Qty and Unit in two equal-width boxes side by side. Neither said what it was for, so it read as the same question asked twice, which is how it was reported.
They are not the same question. One is five. The other is what five of them are: kilograms, hours, boxes, metres.
What changed
One column
The number stays where it was and the unit sits against it, narrow and labelled, so the line reads “5 Kgs” rather than as two unexplained fields.
A default
New lines start at Nos. A line with no unit printed as a bare number, because the printed document has always shown the unit beside the quantity and there was nothing to show.
The codes a return wants
The box suggests the thirty-odd unit codes GSTR-1 and an e-invoice accept (Nos, Kgs, Ltr, Mtr, Hrs) while still taking anything you type.
One spelling
Free text is how “Nos”, “nos” and “pieces” end up on three lines of the same quotation. Suggesting the standard one is how they stop.
Does this affect anything existing?
Nothing already saved is changed. A line with a unit keeps it, whatever it says; a line without one stays without one until somebody edits it.
One editor serves quotations, sales orders, invoices and credit notes, so this is all four.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
