A call you can actually clear, and it asks what was said

Buttons, not words
Mark done and Move were underlined words sitting in a line of other words: the person’s name, how long ago it was. An action that reads like the prose around it is an action nobody presses, which is how a promised call stays outstanding while somebody looks straight at the thing that would clear it.
They are buttons now: a solid one with a tick, and a bordered one beside it. And Move is called Reschedule, which is what it does.
Marking it done asks what was discussed
A call that happened and left no record is a call nobody else in the business can act on, and the minute it is fresh in somebody’s head is the only minute they will ever write it down. So the tick is not a tick. It is the write-up, and marking done is what saving it does. It will not save empty.
What the call was about is kept above what was said, because in a month the question is not only how it went but what it was for. Outcome and duration come with it, and saving takes the telephone off that record in the list and moves when they were last contacted to now, which merely promising the call deliberately did not.
And the heading tells the truth
A promise is not a record
A call put in the diary for Thursday was headed “Call logged”, which is how somebody reads their own timeline and believes the call was made. It reads “Call to make” until it is made.
And the other way round
A subject is written once and then never moves, so a call marked done would have gone on reading “Call to make”, the same untruth pointing the other way. The heading follows the state now. A subject you typed yourself is yours and is left alone.
A task’s name, written like every other name
The project task list put names in a heavier weight than a lead or a customer gets, so one list shouted while the rest of the suite spoke, and a long name wrapped to two lines and doubled the row height. It matches now, and truncates with the full name on hover.
Does this affect anything existing?
Nothing already logged changes. Everything on a timeline until now is a record of something that happened, and history is done. No call in your records gains a button or a mark.
The Activity tab is one screen serving every kind of record (leads, customers, deals, tasks, vendors, projects, inventory, documents and modules you added yourself), so all of this appears in every one of them at once.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
