Three went out, two arrived, and nothing said which
A transfer reading "sent 3, received 2" showed three serial numbers in a row and left somebody to work out which one was missing, the single fact the record is opened for.

The record knew. The screen would not say.
When a transfer of serial-numbered stock arrived short, the software had it exactly right underneath: which units came in, which did not. What it showed was the three numbers it had been dispatched with, flat, in one grey line beside “sent 3, received 2”.
So the one fact anybody opens that record for (which one is missing) was the one thing left to work out by hand.
Each unit now says where it got to: arrived, never arrived, still in transit. Coloured, because the eye finds the odd one out faster than it reads three serial numbers.
And a write-off is not always final
Cartons turn up behind pallets a fortnight later. Until now there was nothing to do about it: the serial had been written off, and the only way to have the stock back was to count it up again, which leaves the register holding a unit it believes it lost and a second one it cannot name.
A lost unit can now be taken back in, from the transfer that lost it or from the item’s own register, since a unit can be written off by a stock count just as easily. It asks which warehouse it turned up in rather than assuming the one it was going to, and offers the warehouses already holding that item first.
It is a real stock movement with a reason attached. The write-off took the unit off the books, so finding it puts it back. A count that goes up on its own is the thing nobody can explain a year later.
Who did what
Dispatched by
A transfer has always recorded when it was sent and never by whom, which is the first question asked when a delivery turns up short. Now it records both, on the list as well as the record.
Received by
The same for taking it in. Shown beside the date, so the answer is there before anybody opens anything.
Each delivery, separately
A transfer received in two goes was received by two people. One name would credit the later one with both and leave whoever signed for the first half with no record at all, so each delivery keeps its own quantity, units and person.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Transfers that already exist show no dispatcher or receiver, because none was recorded at the time. They are left honestly blank rather than filled in with a guess. The audit trail still knows who touched them.
Nothing about existing stock figures changes.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
