Hanu records payments, journals, proposals, subscriptions, assets and production
Hanu now fills in the last modules he could not: a payment received, matched to the customer's oldest unpaid invoices or the ones you name; a manual journal whose lines must balance; a proposal with its items; a subscription with its plan and add-ons; a fixed asset; a bill of materials with its components; a manufacturing order that takes the item's own bill of materials; a package of everything still to pack on a sales order; an assembly; and quality templates and rules. Each is shown on a card to check and saved through the same screen you use, with your role's permissions.

What changed
Payments matched for you
“Meera paid 4 lakh by UPI” pays her oldest unpaid invoices first, shows which on the card, and keeps anything over as an advance.
Journals that balance
Say the accounts and amounts; Hanu matches the accounts by name or code and will not save until debits equal credits.
Proposals and subscriptions
A proposal with its items for a lead, customer or deal; a subscription with its plan and add-ons, warning when the first invoice is raised at once.
Production and stock
Bills of materials with their components, manufacturing orders with the item’s own BOM, assemblies, and packages of what is left on a sales order.
Quality
Quality templates with what is measured, and rules that say when an item is checked.
Sales orders and bills found again
Asking Hanu for a sales order, purchase bill, credit note or project task by name could miss it; every kind is now found however it is written.
Does this change anything you already have?
No. Nothing is saved until you say yes, and each record goes through its own screen’s checks, so the app refuses what it would refuse you, such as packing more than is on the shelf.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
