The packing run made you retype your boxes every single time
The 3D packer could remember your cartons all along. Nothing in the product ever let you add one, so every packing run started by typing the warehouse’s boxes in from memory.

One press, for cartons nobody could save
Working out the boxes takes an order, the sizes of what is on it, and the cartons you have, and tells you how few boxes it takes and where everything sits. The first two it knows. The third it has to be told, and it was built to remember the answer: saved cartons appear above the form as one-press buttons, so a warehouse types its boxes once and never again.
That row of buttons was empty in every workspace, and stayed empty. The screen for adding a carton was never built, so the only way to answer the question was to type a name, a length, a width, a height and a weight limit into the run itself. For every order. From memory. Including the order you packed an hour earlier into exactly the same box.
It is a quiet kind of broken. Nothing failed, nothing was refused, and the packer gave a good answer each time, to a question you had just spent two minutes re-asking.
What was actually missing
Four instructions have sat behind the product since packing shipped: list the box types, add one, change one, remove one. Three of them had nothing anywhere that could reach them. The fourth (list them) was being asked on every packing run, and correctly returning nothing, because nothing could ever be put there.
So this is not new machinery. It is the screen that was supposed to sit in front of machinery that was already finished and already tested.
How it behaves now
Inventory › Box types
The cartons you own, listed. Add, correct and remove them like any other list.
Inside, not outside
A box stamped 40×30×30 measures less inside, and the difference decides whether the last item fits. This asks for the inside.
One press on a run
Saved cartons appear above the form. Press one and it joins that run, sizes and weight limit already filled in.
Stopped buying one?
Switch it off. It stays on the list with its measurements, and stops being offered on a packing run.
A weight limit, and what blank means
What a carton holds is what it carries before the bottom goes, not what it weighs empty. Fill it in and the packer will open a second box rather than obey the arithmetic and hand you one that cannot be lifted. Leave it blank and it packs on size alone. Blank means nobody has said, which is not the same as no limit, and the screen does not pretend otherwise.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Nothing changes on its own. Every package, slip and line of packing history is exactly as you left it, and a run in progress is unaffected.
Your list of box types will be empty, and that is not data that went missing: there was never a way to put anything in it. Cartons typed into a past packing run were used for that run and not kept. Ten minutes with a tape measure fills the list once, and then it is done.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
