The schedule that runs while nobody is watching
A recurring invoice is raised at a quarter to one in the morning. Five things were wrong with that, and every one of them was quiet by nature.

Five faults in the nightly run
Nobody watches a schedule. That is the point of one, and it is also why every fault in it is found late.
The worst: a failure partway through committed a numbered invoice with no lines on it, a real document, in your ledger and in your GST return, that nobody meant to raise and nobody would think to look for. It is removed now before the failure is recorded. The number is still spent, because a numbering series does not give one back, and a gap in a sequence is far easier to explain than an invoice that should not exist.
The other four
Send skipped every check
“Send each one as it is raised” walked past the approval rule, the tax check and mandatory tags. It runs all three now, and holds the invoice as a draft if one refuses.
The invoices had no owner
Written with nobody against them, so anyone whose data is narrowed could not see an invoice their own customer had been sent, and their receivables were short by it.
The list showed everybody everything
Every arrangement in the business, each naming a customer and what they are billed, to anyone who could open the page.
Resume restarted a finished schedule
Past its end date, resume restored the old date and set it active, so the next run raised an invoice for a schedule that had ended.
And on the way out of the building
Two ways a message lost what you wrote. Typing in the plain box and switching to Formatted emptied it, from the screen, and from what would have been sent. And a subject was run through the template engine while the body beside it was not, so a placeholder the dialog had not filled was deleted from the subject and left visible in the body of the same email. The template we ship for invoices carries two such placeholders, so customers received “Invoice from ”.
The {{owner}} and {{company}} buttons inserted placeholders that always came out blank, on three of the four screens that offer them. An insert button that inserts nothing is worse than none: you see the placeholder, trust it, and the customer reads “Dear ,”.
Three more things that were not what they looked like
Email templates could be added or changed only by the account owner. The screen asked for a permission the product does not define, so granting somebody “Email templates: edit” changed nothing at all.
A retired tax rate stayed choosable on items, plans and add-ons, the one place unticking Active was meant to bite.
“How this splits” on a tax rate promised CGST and SGST even on a rate saved as Exempt or Zero rated, which charge nothing. It now shows a split only where there is one, and says so where there is not.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Nothing is rewritten and no figure changes on a document already raised.
Two worth a look. If you have a recurring arrangement, open its history: a failed run may have left a numbered invoice with nothing on it, and it is worth cancelling. And if you use email templates, check the subject on the ones you send most: a placeholder that was being silently removed will now appear as written, which is the state it should have been in all along.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
