Your storage figure read nothing at all, and now says where the space went
A workspace holding 6 MB was told it was using “0 GB of 5 GB”. The number had not disappeared. It was rounding itself away. It reads properly now, and explains itself.

What was wrong before
The usage line divided by a gigabyte and rounded to one decimal place. Anything under about fifty megabytes therefore read “0 GB”, which is not a small number, it is no number, and it made the figure look as though it had been removed.
And even when it read something, it said only how full you were. Eighty per cent full with no idea what the eighty per cent is leaves “buy more storage” as the only visible move, and that is the wrong move when one person has put a folder of photographs in.
It picks a unit, and it opens up
The figure now reads in whatever unit makes sense: 6.2 MB of 5 GB, with the percentage beside it.
Under it there is See what is using it, which answers the three questions worth asking.
By person
Who is holding what, largest first, including somebody who has left, because their files did not leave with them.
By what it is attached to
Named by the record, so you see “Visit attachments” and “Quotation attachments” rather than one undifferentiated pile.
By kind of file
Images, PDFs, spreadsheets, e-mail. Ten thousand small PDFs is a different problem from one folder of photographs.
The breakdown adds up to the figure above it, and a test now holds it to that. Two numbers on one screen that disagree are worse than one number with no explanation, because then neither can be trusted.
Also on the Payment method tab
Where no card or UPI provider is connected yet, that tab said so in a single line and offered nothing else, on the one screen an unpaid workspace is sent to in order to fix itself. It now explains how to settle an invoice by bank transfer in the meantime, and says that mandates appear there by themselves once a provider is connected.
Does this affect anything you already have?
No file has moved and no allowance has changed. This is the same storage, described properly.
If your usage appeared to be zero, it never was. It was being rounded away, and you were always being measured against your real limit.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
