Every document scrolled sideways on a phone, hiding the amount
On a phone the amount column sat off the right edge of the screen: the one number you open a quotation to read, on a different screen from the line it belongs to. Every document type now fits.

What was wrong before
Open a quotation on a phone and the page was 282 pixels wider than the screen. You could read the item and the quantity; the rate, the tax and the amount were off the right-hand edge, reachable only by scrolling sideways.
That is worse than it sounds. A figure you have to scroll to ends up on a different screen from the thing it is the figure for, so the document cannot actually be checked, and standing in front of a customer with your phone is exactly when it gets checked.
It affected every document: quotations, invoices, sales orders, credit notes, debit notes, proformas, purchase orders and purchase bills. They share one screen, so it was one fault showing up eight times.
Each line is now a card
Instead of a table squeezed sideways, a phone shows each line as its own card: the item across the top, quantity, rate, taxable value and tax in a tidy grid, and the amount on its own line where the eye goes. Nothing is cut off and nothing scrolls sideways.
It is deliberately the same shape you already see when editing a document, so a line looks like itself whether you are reading it or changing it.
And the rest of the screen with it
Buttons wrap instead of overflowing
The row of actions at the top of a document ran off the side. It now wraps onto a second line, on every screen, not just documents.
Totals use the full width
They were pinned to a narrow column on the right, leaving an empty strip down the page.
Controls sized for a finger
Some buttons on a line were 18 pixels. Those are mouse sizes. They are 40 now: same icons, bigger target.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Nothing has changed on a computer. The table, the column widths you set and the order you dragged them into are all exactly as they were.
No document, figure or total has changed. This is the same information, laid out so it fits.
Checked on a 360-pixel screen, the width of the most common Android phone in India, across all thirteen document screens.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
