A daily assignment cap reset at half past five in the morning, not at midnight
A cap the screen calls “per day” counted the day as UTC keeps it, which here begins at half past five in the morning. Everything assigned overnight counted against yesterday, and overnight is exactly when IndiaMART delivers.

What was wrong
Set somebody a cap of ten leads a day and it did what you expected, for nineteen and a half hours out of twenty-four.
The window it counted over was built from UTC rather than from the clock on your wall. UTC is five and a half hours behind, so “today” did not start until 05:30 this morning. Every lead assigned between midnight and half past five was counted against yesterday, and if yesterday had been busy, the people it should have gone to were still showing as full.
They did not stay full for long. But an enquiry does not wait for half past five, and a business taking enquiries overnight from IndiaMART was routing a good part of every night to the overflow owner rather than to the person whose allowance had, in fact, just reset.
Three windows, all of them counted from the wrong place
A day began at 05:30
Leads arriving between midnight and half past five counted against the previous day. On a busy desk that meant the previous day’s cap, already spent.
A week began on Monday at 05:30
The same five and a half hours, once a week. Smaller, because a weekly cap is a larger number and rarely spent by Monday breakfast.
A month began on the 1st (of the month before)
The worst of the three. On the first of September at 00:30 the window opened on 1 August, so a whole extra month of assignments counted against the cap and anybody on a monthly limit read as full for the first five and a half hours of every month.
What it does now
A day starts at midnight, a week on Monday and a month on the first, all read from the local calendar, which is what the screen was promising all along.
Nothing about the settings changed. The form still says “Counted per: Day” and still says a week starts on Monday. It now means it.
Why it happened, since it is worth saying
Every part of this product already reads the local calendar for dates, and there is a test suite that exists solely to keep it that way, written after a dashboard once labelled the whole of September as August, for precisely this reason. Its first paragraph explains the trap.
The assignment engine was new, its date helper was written fresh, and it reached for the UTC methods anyway. The tests written alongside it then asserted the broken behaviour in ISO strings, where 2026-09-25T00:00:00.000Z looks like midnight on the 25th and is half past five. They now assert the local calendar in local parts, and two more pin the exact cases that were wrong.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Nothing was reassigned and no record moved. This changes only which records a cap counts when it is next asked.
One thing you may notice: if you have a daily cap and your enquiries arrive overnight, more of them will now reach the people you named and fewer will reach whoever catches the overflow. That is the correction working. If your caps were set from watching the old behaviour, they may now be a little low. The thresholds page has the thinking on choosing a number.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
