Storage: personal limits that work, asking for more, and a full report
Give each person a share of your storage, let them ask for more in one tap when it runs out, and see exactly what is taking the space, down to the file.

What was wrong
The Documents screen showed your plan’s storage alone (5 GB) even when you had bought more, and counted only the documents you could see. Each document was counted twice against a person’s limit, so someone given 1 GB ran out at 500 MB. When an upload was refused, the message said “ask an administrator” and offered no way to. Nobody was told about a request, and the person asking never heard back.
Limits that work end to end
Set a share
In Settings → Users, give a person a storage limit in MB. Customers’ and vendors’ logins can have one too.
A warning at 90%
A bar across the app tells them they are nearly full, and turns red when they are.
Ask in one tap
A refused upload opens a box to ask for more, with how much and why. Everything else keeps working; only new files wait.
Admins are told
Everyone who can manage users gets it in their notifications, sees what the workspace has free, and can grant or decline. The person hears the answer.
A storage report for administrators
From Settings → Subscription → Storage → View detailed storage: every person in your workspace, staff, customers and vendors, including those using nothing, with their limit. Beside it, what the space is attached to (lead attachments, visit photos, documents and so on) and what kind of file it is (images, PDFs, audio).
Everything is clickable. Click a person and the other columns and the list of largest files narrow to them. Click “Visit attachments” to see which kinds of file are in it.
Anyone who is not an administrator sees only their own storage, from My profile → See what is using it. Other people’s storage is not shown to them.
Also
The Documents screen now shows the same total as your Subscription page, including storage you bought, with the documents themselves listed underneath.
Does this affect anything you already have?
No file was moved or removed. With documents no longer counted twice, some people will find they have more room than they were told.
Install version 1.3.27 for the new screens in the app. Settings → App update.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
