Everything still to do on a lead, late ones first, and each one opens

A lead's Overview now ends with Next actions: the follow-up, open tasks, planned calls, meetings and visits, grouped by kind, overdue first in red, today in amber, then by date. Every line opens what it names. The lead's created date and time now sit at the top, beside the word Lead.

What was wrong

Next actions sat in the side column and listed open tasks only. A call promised for this afternoon or a visit booked for tomorrow was not in it, and pressing a task did nothing.

What is new on a lead

📋

Everything, grouped

The follow-up, open tasks, planned calls, meetings and emails to send, and planned visits, each under its own heading with a count.

🔴

Late ones first

In each group the overdue come first in red, then today’s in amber, then the rest by date. Five a group, with See all for the rest.

➡

Every line opens

A task or a visit opens itself. A planned call opens the Activity tab on that very call. The follow-up takes you to its card.

🕑

When it came in

The date and time the lead was created now sit at the top beside the word Lead, and At a glance shows the time as well as the date.

Does this affect anything you already have?

No. Nothing is added or changed in your data; the page reads the tasks, calls and visits you already have. Next actions now sits on the Overview, under Notes, instead of in the side column. Customers, deals and the other records look as before.

Pricing

Start with what you need. Grow into the rest.

Per user, per month. Every plan carries the whole product’s foundations (custom fields, roles, reports, documents and notifications) and differs only in how many modules are switched on. Change plan whenever you like; nothing is re-entered and nothing is lost.

1 GB storage per workspace (organisation)

Only want this one module?

Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
