A spreadsheet with empty cells now imports, instead of failing as a whole
An import with an empty Currency, Stage, Status or Tags column could fail as a whole, with a server error that named nothing you could fix. An empty cell now takes the field's usual starting value (INR for currency, New for a lead's stage), an update leaves the stored value as it is, and a row missing something it cannot do without is listed with the field named while the other rows still import.

What changed
An empty cell takes the default
An empty Currency imports as INR, an empty Stage as New on a lead and as the first stage of your default pipeline on a deal, just as a deal made by hand starts, and Status, Priority and In use the same way. This holds on leads, customers, deals, tasks, visits, vendors, items, expenses, employees, projects and every other list with Import CSV. Before, one such cell stopped the whole file.
Update keeps what is stored
With Update chosen for rows that already exist, an empty Currency or Stage leaves the record’s own value alone, instead of trying to empty a field that always holds a value.
Empty tags are no tags
An empty Tags or Interested in cell imports as no tags.
Missing essentials are named
A new project task with no project, or a quality inspection with no item, is listed by its row with the field named, and the rows beside it still import.
Does this change anything you already have?
Nothing you already have changes. An import that failed this way saved none of its rows, so run the same file again and they go in. A record saved through the API with an empty lead outcome or visit place now saves, keeping the stored value or taking the default, where before the save was refused.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
