Send email is switched off for an address that cannot receive mail
Before you write to a lead or customer, JAI CRM checks that their address can receive mail at all. A mistyped domain, one with no mail server, or a .test name now switches Send email off and says why.

What was wrong
Mail went out to any address on a record and came back as Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender when it could not arrive. Every one of those bounces came down to the part after the @: a typo of a real company’s domain that does not exist, a domain with no mail server, and demo addresses ending in .test, a name that can never receive mail.
What happens now
Checked before you write
The domain of each address on the record is looked up. When none can receive mail, Send email is switched off at the top of the record and on its Activity tab.
The reason, in words
Beside the button: “the domain bsmartsolution.in does not exist”, or “has no mail server”. Correct the address on the record and the button comes back.
Refused on the server too
The same check stops the send itself, so no screen or old app can get round it. A lookup that does not answer never blocks you.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Only records whose address cannot receive mail. On those, Send email is now greyed out; nothing is changed or deleted. This checks domains, not single mailboxes: a mistyped name on a real domain such as Gmail still comes back as undelivered, and shows as Bounced on the Emails tab.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
