Choose who sees the contacts on a company page
A company with customers looked after by different salespeople no longer has to show everybody’s contacts to everybody. Each business chooses, in Data sharing settings. And a customer’s Company box keeps showing the company’s name for somebody who may not open it.

What was wrong
Two people at one company can be two customers, looked after by two salespeople. Anybody who could open the company saw the contacts of both customers on its Contacts tab, including the people at a colleague’s customer they could not otherwise see. And on a customer filed under a company somebody else owns, the Company box looked empty, as if no company had been chosen.
What is new
Your choice
Settings, Roles and permissions, Data sharing settings, Contacts on a company page: all contacts at the company, or only the ones the person may see.
A contact follows its customer
A contact added with a customer belongs to that customer, so seeing it follows seeing the customer.
The company name stays
A customer’s Company box shows the company’s name even for somebody who may not open the company. They still cannot open it.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Nothing changes until you choose. All contacts at the company is the default and is how it worked before. Choosing Only the contacts they may see takes effect at once for everybody whose role does not already see all customers.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
