From a lead’s accepted quotation to the invoice, with no deal question on the way
Marking a lead's quotation accepted asked to convert the lead, then sent you to the lead's own Convert window, which asked about opening a deal in the middle of invoicing. Now the lead is converted on the quotation itself and the invoice or sales order opens. The business it won is recorded as a deal already won, named after the quotation. And a proposal's value is entered on its page, once it is written.

What was in the way
A quotation raised to a lead, accepted, on its way to an invoice. Pressing Convert now after marking it accepted took you away from the quotation to the lead, and opened the lead’s full Convert window: a company to choose, and Open a deal at the same time. The invoice you were heading for was not made, and the deal question pulled towards the deals screen instead.
It was not about the company. A lead with no company name got the same window; the company part simply said there was none.
How it goes now
Mark the quotation accepted
A window opens on the quotation itself: Convert the lead to a customer?
Pick what comes next
Create the invoice or Create the sales order, whichever your business raises. Later leaves the lead as it is.
The invoice opens
The lead is now a customer, the quotation went with them, and the invoice is filled in from the customer, ready to check.
The deal, without the question
Recorded as won
The business the quotation won becomes a deal already won, so your pipeline, win figures and event returns count it.
Named after the quotation
The deal takes the quotation’s subject, or its number when it has none, at its value before GST. The window says the name before you press anything.
Never a second one
A quotation that already belongs to a deal marks that deal won instead. A deal already closed is left as it is.
Linked through
The invoice or order made next carries the deal, as the quotation does.
The same from the menu, and from a proposal
Convert to invoice, Convert to sales order or Raise a proforma invoice on a lead’s quotation, and the same on a lead’s proposal, convert the lead in one window and record the deal the same way. Recording it needs Create on deals; without it the lead is still converted, with no deal.
Converting a lead from its own page is unchanged: there, it still offers to open a deal at the same time.
A proposal's value, after it is written
The Create a proposal window no longer asks for a value. Write the proposal first; its value is entered on the proposal’s page, in a Value card under the pages and above the files, with its currency and a Save button. Approval rules read it as before, and Use as the proposal’s value in Products and services still fills it from what the proposal offers.
Does this change anything you already have?
No. Leads already converted, and deals already there, are as they were. The change applies to conversions from now on.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
