The Android app is for signing in

The Android app no longer has a sign-up screen. A new business signs up on the website and then signs in on the phone, with the same email and password. Everybody already using the app carries on as before.

Signing up, choosing a plan and paying for it all happen on the web. The app is for the work itself: leads, quotations, visits, stock and the rest, signed in.

Does this change anything you already have?

No. Anybody signed in stays signed in, and anybody with an account signs in as before. The change arrives with the next app update.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
