Invoices and bills fall overdue on their due date, and quotations expire
An unpaid invoice, bill or expense past its due date is now marked overdue overnight, and a sent quotation past its valid-until date is marked expired. The nightly check that does it was reaching no records at all. An invoice worth nothing now reads paid.

What changed
Overdue on its own
An invoice, bill of supply or purchase bill with money still owed past its due date is marked overdue overnight, so lists and filters by status include it without anyone opening it first.
Expenses and quotations
An expense with money still owed past its due date is marked overdue, and a sent quotation past its valid-until date is marked expired.
A ₹0 invoice is paid
An issued invoice worth nothing has nothing to collect. It read overdue once its date passed; it reads paid now.
Does this change anything you already have?
Yes, once: anything already past its date changed status when this release went live. Changing a status sends nobody a message by itself.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
