A file opened from a public link or the portal is shown, never run
A web page or an SVG drawing uploaded to Documents and opened from a public link was run by the browser as a page on JAI CRM's own address, where a script inside it could act for whoever opened it. It now opens as its text, from public links and from the client portal alike. PDFs and pictures open to view as they did.

What changed
Web pages open as text
An .html, .svg or .xml file, or a script, opened from a public link shows what is written in it, as text. Nothing in it runs, so a file somebody uploaded cannot act inside JAI CRM for the person who opens it.
PDFs and pictures as before
A PDF opens in the browser’s own viewer and a photo or a scan opens as a picture, from a public link and from the portal, as before.
Downloads keep the file
Where a link allows downloads, Download still saves the file exactly as it was uploaded, under its own name.
One rule for every way in
Public links and the customer and vendor portal now open a file by the same rule, so a new way of opening files cannot leave it out.
Does this change anything you already have?
No file is changed, moved or deleted, and no public link is revoked or altered. The one difference anybody sees is that a web page, an SVG drawing or an XML file opened from a link shows as its text. To share a drawing as a picture, upload it as a PNG or a PDF.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
