Commission that stays right after a month is approved, and partner payouts that recover what was overpaid
The accountant's check went through commission and channel partners. Once a month was approved or billed, a credit note, a deleted payment or an invoice given to someone else was lost for good, a partner overpaid was never recovered, and commission never reached the books until payroll. Each is now put right.

What changed
Approved months are put right next month
A credit note dated back, a payment deleted or moved to another date, or an invoice given to another salesperson after the month was approved: the next statement shows a Put right line for it, naming the invoice and the month, at the plan’s first rate. The approved month stays as agreed.
Below zero comes off the salary
A statement that takes back more than it earns is deducted in the next salary run, as long as the salary covers it; otherwise it waits for a later run.
Partners pay back from later payouts
A partner paid on a sale that is later credited or reversed owes it back: their page shows what is owed back, and it comes off their next payout before anything is billed, until it is recovered.
Booked when approved
Approving a statement books the commission in the month it was earned, against Commission payable, and the salary run pays it from there. Commission is its own expense account, for staff and partners, not Purchases.
Partner bills in the right month
A partner’s bill is dated the last day of the commission month, so its GST input credit and its TDS fall there. An unregistered partner’s bill is never reverse charge. Deleted or cancelled, the payout can be billed again.
194H across the year
Months worked out together still count towards the ₹20,000 threshold, and the bill of the month that crosses it also deducts on the earlier months’ commission, at the same rate, so the TDS register shows ₹500 on ₹25,000. A partner with no PAN is billed with TDS at 20%, and one whose vendor is not yet approved can still be billed.
What counts, counted right
TDS a customer keeps back counts as collected. A credit note for the unpaid half of a part-paid invoice takes nothing back, since nothing was earned on it. A write-off is not given back. The partner page now matches the payout after credit notes.
Does this change anything you already have?
Statements already approved and partner payouts already billed stay exactly as they are. What has changed in them since is put right on the next statement or payout you work out, line by line, so you can see each one before approving it. No business had approved commission before today, so nothing earlier is booked twice.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
