Hanu no longer tells you about a lead, deal or task you gave yourself, and says the follow-up date a lead already has
Hanu said "New lead for you" to whoever had just added the lead with themselves as its owner, and asked them for a follow-up date they had typed in a moment before. Deals and tasks people gave themselves got a line too. Now Hanu says nothing about work you gave yourself, says the follow-up date a lead already has, and names whoever handed a task on.

What changed
Nothing about your own work
Adding a lead, deal or task with yourself as its owner, or taking one over from someone, no longer brings a line from Hanu. You know it is yours.
Work from someone else still reaches you
When a manager gives you a lead, an assignment rule or a cross-sell rule hands you a deal, or a lead arrives through an API key, Hanu tells you as before.
The follow-up date, said
A lead given to you that already has a follow-up date now says it: “Next follow-up Thu 22 Oct at 11:30.” If that date has passed, Hanu asks for a new one. Only a lead with no date gets “Give them a next follow-up date”.
Who handed a task on
A task passed from one person to another now names whoever passed it, not whoever first wrote it.
Does this change anything you already have?
Lines Hanu has already written stay in your chat. Only Hanu changes: notification templates, such as Lead assigned to you, and webhooks work exactly as before. Nothing needs updating in the Android app.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
