Ask Hanu any number: he counts it from your records, compares it, opens what is behind it, and puts it on your dashboard
Hanu now answers questions about numbers from your records, the way the dashboards gather them: any module, any field, any period, against the period before or last year. Ask what is behind a figure and he lists the records. Ask him to keep it and he puts a card on your dashboard. Every figure is counted with your own rights, so you see only what your role allows.

What changed
Any module, any field
“Leads by source last quarter”, “deals above 5 lakh in Negotiation”, “Rohan’s calls this week”, “open tasks per person”, “customers in Gujarat”. Hanu filters and splits by any field a module has, and you say it the way you say it.
Compared properly
September is compared with the whole of August, a quarter with the quarter before, and a month still running with the same days of the month before. Or with the same time last year. A split by customer or person is compared too.
The same figure as the dashboard
Money in, to collect, what customers owe, the pipeline and top customers come from the dashboards’ own figures, so Hanu’s number and the card’s are the same, to the rupee.
What is behind a figure
“Money in this month: who paid, and how?” lists the payments with their mode, UPI or bank transfer, and who paid. Then “Venkatesha’s invoices this year” follows that customer.
Reports by asking
Ask for any of your reports, such as receivables ageing, TDS or what sells, for any period, and Hanu reads out the headline figures and the first rows.
A card on the spot
“Add it to my dashboard” puts the figure on your own dashboard, My cards, or one you name, once you say yes. It keeps counting with the dashboard’s own period.
Your numbers, counted like the dashboards
My numbers now gives money in, invoiced, to collect, the pipeline, won this month, leads and tasks exactly as the Business overview counts them.
One line, not two
When you say yes to something Hanu offered, the card now says what was done, with its Open button, instead of repeating it in a second line below.
Does this change anything you already have?
Hanu reads only what your role lets you see, and says so when it does not; he never guesses a number. Typing to Hanu uses AI credits, or your business’s own AI key. The Android app has this from version 1.3.187.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
