Notifications sit apart on phones and open what they are about

On a phone, a full list of notifications squeezed every row to the same small height, so a long reminder ran into the next one. Each row now keeps its own height, long text stops at two lines, and the list scrolls. Some notifications also opened the wrong place: an exhibition's daily digest opened the list of every exhibition, a reminder on an older Charcha message opened the chat at the bottom, a calendar notification did nothing when the calendar was already open, and a mail reminder took you to the home page. Each now opens what it is about.

What changed

📱

Rows that keep their height

On phones and tablets every notification keeps its own height and the list scrolls. A long title or reminder stops at two lines; the whole of it is on the Notifications page.

🎫

Exhibition digests

“4 past the clock at Print Expo” opens that exhibition, not the list of every exhibition. This works for the digests already sent too.

💬

Charcha reminders

A reminder on an older message opens the chat at that message and lights it up, however far back it is, and also when that chat is already open.

📅

Calendar

“Did the visit happen?” opens the visit, with the question, also when the calendar is already on screen.

✉

Mail reminders

“Remind me to reply to him” opens the email over the page you are on, instead of taking you to the home page.

Does this change anything you already have?

Nothing else changes: the same notifications open from the bell and from the Notifications page. The Android app has this from version 1.3.198.

Pricing

Start with what you need. Grow into the rest.

Per user, per month. Every plan carries the whole product’s foundations (custom fields, roles, reports, documents and notifications) and differs only in how many modules are switched on. Change plan whenever you like; nothing is re-entered and nothing is lost.

1 GB storage per workspace (organisation)

Only want this one module?

Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
