AI settings show your own AI keys only where they can be used

Whether a workspace may use its own AI key (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude or another) is now set for each workspace. Where your workspace may use one, Settings › AI writing works as before. Where it may not, the place to add a key is not shown, the AI features no longer say "you can add your own AI account below", and the AI included with your workspace or your AI credits are used instead.

Whether your own AI key can be used is decided for your workspace, not only for everybody at once.

When your own key cannot be used, the AI features in Settings say what they run on, without sending you to a section that is not shown.

A key you saved is kept

If your workspace had a key and may no longer use it, the key is kept but not used, so it works again the day it is allowed.

Does this change anything you already have?

For most workspaces nothing changes. AI that ran on your own key runs on the AI included with your workspace or on AI credits when your own key cannot be used. Ask your JAI CRM contact if your workspace needs its own key.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
